Thomas F. Determan, O.D.
Dr. Determan grew up in South Dakota. He graduated from Southern California College of Optometry and then did a residency in Ocular Disease and Low Vision.
In 1991, he moved to Yuma and joined Dr. Spencer in 1993 at Yuma Vision Center.

Stephen H. Spencer, O.D.
Dr. Spencer, originally from Utah, has been serving the Yuma community for over 23 years. He obtained his Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1984. He and his wife, Wendy, are the proud parents of five children.
